About Us

There are seven practices in our Primary Care Network (PCN):

• Danebridge Medical Centre
• Firdale Medical Centre
• Middlewich Road Surgery
• Watling Street Surgery
• Weaverham Surgery
• Witton Street Surgery
• Oakwood Medical Centre

  Together, we are responsible for the care of over 70,000 people in Northwich and the surrounding areas.

  The PCN consists of all the teams who work in these surgeries; we also have some staff who work across the whole of the PCN.
